At Organic Burst, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original organic cotton packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized drop-off location; you will receive a notification and your refund once our team inspects the returned goods.
